Welcome to La Bonbonniere, home of the finest Belgian Chocolates. My name is Bebette and I am a chocolatier native of Belgium. I graduated from the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Institute in Brussels (Wieze) Belgium. I studied under Master Chocolatier Alain Bressant of Beaumont, Belgium and continue my education by attending courses at the Institute and in Beaumont. All our chocolates are handcrafted on the premises using the finest ingredients. The three kinds of chocolates (dark, milk and white) used to make our “truffles” (pralines as we call them in Belgium) come straight from the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Factory. We recommend that you consume the chocolates no later than 3 weeks after purchase to guarantee optimum quality.
