Shipping and Delivery
Where is our service available?
We currently accept online orders within the continental United States only. For perishable items, we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.
How do we ship and deliver?
SHIPPING
Shipping available October through March only. Priority Mail only with USPS (2-4 days).
La Bonbonniere Fine Belgian Chocolates only ships "ballotins" (cardbord boxes: 6 pc, 12 pc, 1 lb or 2 lbs boxes for a flat fee of $17.00 for orders of $75.00 or less and $34.00 for orders of $70.00 or more.
WE DO NOT SHIP: APO, PO BOX, EXPRESS, OVERNIGHT, HAWAII AND ALASKA.
When do we ship?
La Bonbonniere Fine Belgian Chocolates only ships on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We DO NOT ship Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following Monday.
How much will it cost?
United States Postal Service
Cost - A flat rate of $17 for orders of $75.00 or less and $34.00 for orders of $75.00 or more. Shipping only available in the Continental United States.
Payment Options
No checks or money orders. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Can I pay by check or money order?
We do not currently accept checks or money orders for online or phone purchases. We do, however, accommodate them by mail. After receiving your check or money order, we will fill your order. Please include the following information when mailing your in order:
1. Product choice
2. E-mail address
3. Delivery date
4. Card message, please include how the card is to be signed
5. Recipient's name, address and phone number
6. Your name, address and phone number

Please allow five business days for receipt and processing of your order. If we have questions, we will contact you at the phone number provided. When the order has been processed, you will receive a confirming e-mail. How do I modify or change an order?
After you submit your order, you may make alterations anytime up to 12:00pm prior to the scheduled ship or delivery date. Substitutions
We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
