Demo time...

Hi friends!

Today, we held our first Demonstration in our Augusta shop. Although when our Aiken location was open, we had held a few demonstrations there. Since it has closed, we thought we would start them here, as well as continue our tours.

If you happened to join us today, we had a great time, didn't we!!! But if you missed it, don't worry, we will have another one next month!

Demos are always a fun time; not only do you get to see how the magic happens, but you also get to eat it! It's a win-win for sure.

Today we featured our Dark Ganache chocolate, with a dark chocolate shell and creamy dark chocolate inside, it's just melt-in-your-mouth good.

These are the times we get to let loose and just have fun in the kitchen, we get to be silly with friends...yes, we consider you all friends! If you love chocolate, you're our kind of person!

We all enjoy the times when we get to show off what we do; it is so mesmerizing just watching the chocolate wheel spin!

During our demo today, Bebette briefly went over the ins and outs of how chocolate is made.

It is a lot of information to cover in just an hour, so we try to keep it short and to the point...that way we can move on to the fun stuff!

Since today's demo was about our dark chocolate ganache, Bebette also went over what a ganache is made up of.

Then it was time for the demonstration of how we mold and fill our chocolates.

After doing this for the past 20 years, she makes it look so easy!

Then comes the tasting!!

We hope to have a demo every month, with the exception of our busy seasons.
